Après le diagnostic d’Alzheimer de son père, Hassan Fadli s’est lancé un défi : 5 Ironmans dans 5 pays européens pour mobiliser le public et faire avancer la prévention. Un défi physique mais surtout un message d’espoir et d’action face aux maladies du cerveau.

The proposed study aims to investigate the intricate interplay between endurance sports/training, brain health, and aging, with a specific focus on understanding the resilience and interplay of mechanisms underlying physiological adaptation, nutrition, inflammation, immunity, and cognitive function. The study is in collaboration with the non-profit association "5 Ironmans Beat Alzheimer’s" which aims to raise community awareness of Alzheimer’s with the documentary movie and promote early prevention through best practices in health and wellness.
