After his father was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s, Hassan Fadli launched an extraordinary challenge:

The proposed study aims to investigate the intricate interplay between endurance sports/training, brain health, and aging, with a specific focus on understanding the resilience and interplay of mechanisms underlying physiological adaptation, nutrition, inflammation, immunity, and cognitive function. The study is in collaboration with the non-profit association "5 Ironmans Beat Alzheimer’s" which aims to raise community awareness of Alzheimer’s with the documentary movie and promote early prevention through best practices in health and wellness.
